INDIAN STYLE MACARONI

Hello Foodies !!!😄
Welcome to my blog FOODIES HUB...
Today in this blog I'm going to share with you people very yummy INDIAN STYLE MACARONI recipe which is very easy in making with just limited ingredients. so lets get started.

MACARONI :- Macaroni /ˌmækəˈrni/ is a variety of dry pasta traditionally shaped and produced in various shapes and sizes. Made with durum wheat, macaroni is commonly cut in short lengths; curved macaroni may be referred to as elbow macaroni. Some home machines can make macaroni shapes, but like most pasta, macaroni is usually made commercially by large-scale extrusion.
In North America, the word "macaroni" is often used synonymously with elbow-shaped macaroni, as it is the variety most often used in macaroni and cheese recipes.

INGREDIENTS :-
  • Elbow shaped MACARONI
  • Water for boiling macaroni
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Capsicum
  • Capsico sauce
  • Peprico sauce
  • Oregano
  • Mixed herbs
  • Salt
  • 2tbsp olive oil

RECIPE :-

  • Firstly, in a pan take approx. 11/2 cup of macaroni and add enough water to it for the macaroni to boil.

  • Next up add 2 tsp oil and little bit of salt to the boiling macaroni. Boil it for 10mins until its completely boiled.
  • In a water strainer remove the exceed water and grease the boiled macaroni with little oil so as it doesn't stick each other.

  • In a plate chop capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, and crush the garlic.

  • In a deep sauce pan add 2tbsp of olive oil and let it heat. Add crushed garlic to it and sauté it till the smell of raw garlic is completely gone, add chopped green chillies to it and cook it for a minute, then add chopped capsicum in and sauté for 2mins, later add tomatoes to it and let it cook completely till the rawness of the tomatoes completely fades away.

  • Now add  little red chilli powder(optional) as I like it spicy, add salt, capsico and peprico sauce (add according to your taste buds) and little bit of tomato ketchup to give it a tangy as well as spicy taste the way I prefer it.

  • Add 1tsp of oregano, 1tsp of mixed herbs to it.
  • lastly, add boiled macaroni to the cooked mixture and cook it just till its mixed. Do not overcook it.
  • Serve it in a plate and top it of with grated cheese. Spicy and Tangy INDIAN STYLE MACARONI is ready to dig into.

TIPS :-
  1. You can also use other vegetables such as onion, carrot, beans etc.
  2. Also you can use different shapes of pasta instead of macaroni.
