Today in this blog I’m going to share with you people very easy yummy and chatpata NIMBU PANI/ SHIKANJI (also known as lemon water) recipe which is very easy in making with very basic and limited ingredients to make you feel fresh after your tiring day as well as during hot summers… so lets get started.

NIMBU PANI/ SHIKANJI/ LEMONADE:-
Lemonade is any of various sweetened beverages found throughout the world, all characterized by lemon flavor.
Most lemonade varieties can be separated into two distinct types: cloudy and clear; each is known simply as “lemonade” (or a cognate) in countries where dominant. Cloudy lemonade, generally found in North America and India, is a traditionally homemade drink made with lemon juice, water, and sweetener such as cane sugar or honey. A clear lemonade is a lemon flavored carbonated soft drink which first appeared in the UK in 1833, and is also sold in Ireland, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. It should not be confused with the popular Sprite, a lemon-lime flavored soft drink.
So now lets get started with the recipe…
NOTE :-
- THE MEASUREMENTS VARY DEPENDING UPON THE TASTE.
SERVING :- 1 person
INGREDIENTS :-
- 1 LEMON
- 2 TBSP SUGAR
- 1/4th TSP BLACK SALT
- PINCH SALT
- WATER AS REQUIRED
- MINT LEAVES
RECIPE :-
- Firstly, take a glass or a vessel depending upon the number of glasses you want to make.
- Add 2 tbsp. of sugar in a glass.
- Then squeeze 1 lemon using lemon squeezer, add 1/4th tsp black salt, add pinch of salt to it.
- Fill the glass with water and stir it with spoon till the sugar dissolves.
- Adjust the measurement of sugar according to how sweetened you like.
- Now garnish NIMBU PANI/ SHIKANJI with mint leaves and straw.
There you go chilled and yummy NIMBU PANI/ SHIKANJI/ LEMONADE is ready to serve.

TIPS :-
- You can use cumin powder too according to your taste.
- You can adjust the quantity of salt according to how salty you want.
- Instead of stirring it with spoon you can even use hand blender to dissolve the sugar.
